Edit UI: Coops only - on resuming a draft, Special Resolution section appears unfinished #20635

  1. start a Special Resolution filing, and fill in the Special Resolution section
  2. click Save and Resume Later
  3. resume the SR
  4. click Review and Certify
  5. observe that the Special Resolution section, while filled in, is identifies as "unfinished"

  1. in the Special Resolution section, click Done
  2. observe that the section is now "finished", and you can go to the Review and Certify page

My expectation is that a completed section is not identified as incomplete. What's the point of forcing the user to click Done?

@seeker25 Is this a feature, not a bug -- do we want users to have to click the Done button when they resume a draft SR?

sounds like a bug, it should load that data already in I think?

Yes, it restores the data from the draft, but the section is left "open" so you have to click Done before you can go to the Review page.
