Local Government Requirements #20701

As I host I want clear direction and guidance regarding what the local government requirements are for me to be able to list a short term rental. So that I can get up and running asap.

@mbertucci local gov requirements are out of our control. Users will have to check with their local governments for the STR requirements. We do not provide this information. Having said that, we are in the progress of creating a map tool that will allow users to enter their address and see if the address has PR requirements applied or not. My question is whether we need this user story?

It could be more of a story that directs them to attain the right information
