Confirm BA OPS Team can monitor a ticket and update ticket

Setup a meetng with team for those are not able to.

@JaySharpgov please work with @mengdong19 and @stevenc987 tomorrow to prepare the slides for the demo for the ops team and please plan for a demo for next week.

@ozamani9gh Neeraja in Michael Kagis's team is currently recording all the processes, Maybe ask Michael to see if Neeraja can make a powerpoint or something about it?
