Create UI: implement "Existing Business Information" component (step 1) - PART 2

Note that a number of to-do items were moved from this ticket to #21138.

[x] see existing firm partnership code for ingesting BN (possibly BN15 -> BN9)
[x] ~if business is active, show jurisdiction selector (note: federal is valid)~ show Home Jurisdiction as readonly
[x] show yellow box
[x] show confirmation (must be checked for component to be valid)
[x] hide Identifying Number on review page if user chose expro lookup path
[ ] ~change Home Name to be Name on review page (waiting for Yui's confirmation)~
[x] fix typos as per Yui's comments in 19264
- change "extra-provinvicially" to "extraprovincially"
- change "continuation in application " to "continuation application" in header blurb
- change "continuation in application " to "continuation application" in confirmation checkbox
[x] update component per design snippet in Figma (link below) (was #21059)
[x] set "have changes" variable
[x] add Type of Business radio buttons
[x] add affidavit upload (partial)
[x] add necessary fields (eg, home identifier, home name)
[x] update save/resume code

added initial Upload Affidavit code (will be completed in 21138)
updated design of step 5 Your Business in Home Jurisdiction section (will be completed in 21138)
updated save and resume code
added missing "unsaved data check" for existing business information data
updated Folio Number code and validation to step 2
added initial Court Order code to step 5 (will be completed in 19384)
