Wrong AR year is being displayed on the Ledger of the business Dashboard of Filings UI. #21020

Describe the bug in the current situation When the user files for the AR of the year 2024 then after the successful filing on the business dashboard the ledger item shows the year 2023 but the Output shows the correct year which is 2024.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://dev.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC0871291/'
  2. Login with BCREGA001/98900001
  3. Search for "BC0871291"
  4. In the ledger notice the Annual Report year as 2023.
  5. Open the documents section and notice the output label also shows as Annual Report(2023).
  6. On the output observe the year to be 2024
