Other things to consider: when should we take and process the payment? how do we filter in the staff dashboard so the right people see the work? how much can we leverage from the queue BCOL admin team currently has? would we use the same queue? are there any designs already for this that Scott might have done? are there designs from when the BCOL admin queue was built (this may have been done by Jeremy so no designs available)? How can we break this down incrementally? How will the back and forth between staff and business work? Inside/outside the system?

I'm not sure what "BCOL admin queue" is... I'll updated this when I find out.

Kaine has advised that staff need to review Continuation In authorizations - uploading will not suffice. He would like users to have the ability to submit and pay for the filing and then it goes into a queue on the staff dashboard for Corporations staff to review. This is a component that we've put off building for a while but needs to be done as both Registries and our partners have expressed a need for it.
User stories:
AS A business I WANT to be able to submit a continuation in filing SO THAT staff can review the continuation in authorization prior to the filing being completed
AS staff I WANT to retrieve the pending filing from the staff dashboard SO THAT I can review it before the filing is completed and reach out to the business if something is wrong
AS the system I WANT to complete the filing only once staff have approved it SO THAT the integrity of the corporate registry is maintained
Acceptance Criteria:
Acceptance Criteria #1 - submitting a filing GIVEN I am submitting a Continuation In filing WHEN I am finished entering all the filing information AND pay for the filing THEN my filing will be held in a pending state for staff review
Acceptance Criteria #2 - staff pick up filing for review GIVEN a business has submitted a filing which needs staff review WHEN I am on the staff dashboard THEN I will see filings relevant to my area of work that need to be reviewed AND I can select a filing out of order for review
Acceptance Criteria #3 - staff review and approve GIVEN I have selected a filing to review from the staff dashboard WHEN I have finished reviewing the filing and is it correct THEN I can approve the filing AND it will be ready for the system to complete the filing (see Acceptance Criteria #4)
Acceptance Criteria #4 - system completes the filing after staff approval GIVEN staff has approved a pending filing from the queue WHEN I have finished reviewing the filing and is it correct THEN the system will process the payment and complete the filing Note: still need discussion on when the payment will be taken
Acceptance Criteria #5 - staff review and contact client outside the system to clarify or update the filing - MVP GIVEN staff has selected a filing to review from the staff dashboard WHEN I have finished reviewing the filing and it cannot be filed because it is missing information or has incorrect information THEN I can add a comment and reach out to the business to provide the missing information or answer any question AND then either I or the business can update the information in the filing
Acceptance Criteria #6 - staff review and reject/cancel the filing GIVEN I have selected a filing to review from the staff dashboard WHEN I have finished reviewing the filing and it cannot be filed and THEN I can reject the filing AND it will cancel the filing and remove it from the business dashboard AND it will notify the business that the filing has been cancelled AND it will initiate a refund (note: if we decide to take payment ahead of time; and if we decide this auto-refund is required for MVP)
Acceptance Criteria #7 - staff review and contact client inside the system to clarify or update the filing - post-MVP GIVEN staff has selected a filing to review from the staff dashboard WHEN I have finished reviewing the filing and it cannot be filed because it is missing information or has incorrect information THEN I can add a comment for the business to provide the missing information or answer any question AND then an email will be sent to the business with the comment so they can update the information in the filing or provide clarification to staff
