Add Release Notes to SBC Components for Search #21079

update business search, director search and BTR to include release notes in the footer as per master ticket #21054
SBC Components were updated in https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/names-team-board-new-655554cbddd49510027dad2e/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/19686

As per comment from Thor the change is to add this line

From a business perspective the release notes will then show in the footer on our page, as is being done below in other pages.

Tested in TEST Environment. Looks good.
