Selecting EFT Payment

User will have to agree to Terms and Conditions before proceeding in the selection of the EFT Payment Method. This is consistent with the workflow of the PAD T&C workflow.

GIVEN that I selected the EFT payment method WHEN I click anywhere on the screen of the EFT method selection THEN the workflow will present me with option to agree to Terms and Conditions before proceeding AND I will agree to T&C AND I will click save for the EFT Payment Method selection.

Probably need a new ticket for the email and adding the actual T&C content @danaannab
