COLIN API: update GET function and new endpoint for UIs to fetch business data

1. Update to search for legal type "A".
2. Update query to return jurisdiction.HOME_COMPANY_NME.
3. Update query to return jurisdiction.home_recogn_dt.
4. Update query to return jurisdiction.HOME_JURIS_NUM.
5. Verify that query already returns jurisdiction.CAN_JUR_TYP_CD.
6. Verify that query already returns jurisdiction.OTHR_JURIS_DESC.

We need a new COLIN API endpoint to allow our UIs to fetch COLIN business data.

It is understood that the call to the endpoint requires 2 parameters:

• entity type (eg, A for xpro)
• incorporation number (eg, A1234567)

@vysakh-menon-aot It's possible that Yui will want the UI to display the identifying number in the home jurisdiction, so can you please return that as well? It's jurisdiction.HOME_JURIS_NUM. Thanks.

Vysakh, to be clear, jurisdiction, above, can be one of these, right?

• BC
• AB, MB, SK, ON, etc (all other provinces)
• FD
• US, \<state>
• FR, GB, JP, etc (all other countries)

@severinbeauvais in dev we have different type of data. By looking into test I could see the below data (for Other). For Canada provinces what you mentioned is correct

Vysakh, I forwarded you an email from Dave Roberts on the data in Prod. It, too, has a couple of entries that look wrong, but otherwise match what I said above.

Anyways, this is enough confirmation for me, and the UI will be able to decode the jurisdiction.
