Please note that this notebook can be used for existing bn move only. If there is no old bn provided, then you can't use this notebook.
GIVEN I am on OPS Duty and I am working on BN Move Ticket WHEN I need to apply BN Move THEN I can run a Jupyter Notebook to fix record
