NAMES AA - Understand current workflow of Approval and Rejection #21125

As a USER i want to understand the current workflow of when a client navigates to Name Request (directly or BCROS Dashboard) and pays for a Name Request.

Once a Name Request moves into Draft Status , understand process of how it gets approved and how it gets rejected.
