As part of epic #19254, Create UI searches COLIN for additional xpro business data. (This is data not returned by business search, such as jurisdiction and incorporate date.) This makes sense because, as of this epic, xpro businesses only existed in COLIN.
However, when xpro business are imported / registered into LEAR, the above search needs to be changed from COLIN to LEAR.
[ ] change search from COLIN to LEAR
[ ] delete obsolete COLIN search code
[ ] update properties returned from LEAR to match the continuation in objects / JSON
