Create a comprehensive list of filings and other triggers for the synchronization process

• Include all filing types
• Add sync required/not required field
• Add a reason for sync, specify how data is used in COLIN (for reporting purposes, for triggering messages to CRA, MRAS, etc., in batch jobs)
• Add current status (this will be updated as we do more testing)
• Add a link to the Zenhub ticket (for filings with failed status)
• Mention exceptions, special cases
