πŸ“– User Story

As a team lead if the rental is in a PR requirement community then I want the host to check a box to state that they declare the property is in their principal residence And optionally provide consent for my team to reach out to Ministry of Finance to confirm PR So that host is making a declaration and in doing so understands that legally the rental unit must be in their principal residence.Β

Context:

Short-term rental registry wants to ensure that if hosts identify that their rental unit has PR requirement applied, they have to declare it for legal purpose. The consent to share of data from Ministry of Finance is optional and the benefit is to speed up the approval process as Housing can get Homeowner Grant data from Finance for screening and decision making process.
