Citizenship Rule: If a SI has Canadian citizenship/permanent residency plus another citizenship ONLY show the Canadian flag.

Public Data -SI name -SI year of birth -SI citizenship (if Canadian do not return any other citizenship) -Business details including company name, incorporation/registration number and business number -only return ACTIVE records (no ceased/historic people)

ready in TEST. You can use the new public calls in the pm collection for bor-api to test it.
