In BTR the Significant Individuals may have started or ceased being a significant individual at different times. Rather thank providing one date of significance within a filing, an updated design is requested which lists date of Significance for each SI. This is similar to the Federal system, provides simpler processes for the initial filing (not requiring multiple filings), and is likely to add benefit on annual filings given that although clients are required to report changes within 15 days it is quite likely not all changes will be reported promptly hence making annual filings contain more than one update.
