Hi Team BTR, Thank you for participating in the retrospective and highlighting areas for improvement. I Here's a breakdown of your points: What did you like in the Sprint:

  1. Techdebt cleaned up action.
  2. Flow of BA tickets
  3. Sharing of work / demo and meetings
  4. Quick design decisions
  5. figured out how to implement some NuxtUI integration.

What was uneasy :

  1. some updates were done, but missing on how to implement some next steps, might create some techdebt.
  2. adding buxt ui in search was more complicated than we perceived. I think we handled the unexpected changes well though
  3. still lots of uncertainty over data views in SI lists Action we should take next sprint:
  4. bring in team on where we see we going to fail, to potentially built in some checks to pivot more easily.
