I am trying to reproduce this (in Test). Looks OK so far. I will pay for and check the NR again after it is approved/synched to NRO.
^^^ After it's approved and ready to use, the NR data looks as above. The Request Type Code is ULCB, as expected. So I cannot reproduce. (PS My test NR is NR 4440436.)
@Mihai-QuickSilverDev Could you please provide the business id that you are creating a NR for, and/or the number of the NR, so I can further investigate?
From Steven C. : However, I checked both NRs don't have a request_type_cd (NULL value). There were not many NRs missed request_type_cd in our database (only 15 items in total from last Nov, There were only 2-3 items each month) so it wouldn't be a larger problem concerning ULC/BC entity types.
I tried this in Prod. The Request Type Code is not null. I don't know why this sometimes fails. This should be investigated by the Names team.
The issue could not be replicated. Closing this ticket for now.
