Amalgamations & Continuation In syncing to CPRD

Implement synchronization mechanism for Amalgamation and Continuation In.

Amalgamation filing results in status change for all involved companies. The amalgamation results should be synced back to CPRD:

• Newly created TED company Active status
• TIGN companies’ Historical status

Continuation In filing results in a company created one of the following types: C, CUL, CCC and CBEN and should be synced back to CPRD

Goals:

1. Getting the features fully ready for the MVP release.
2. Removing current limitations in testing.
3. Reducing the amount of manual work in case we need try out/execute the Amalgamation and/or Continuation In filing in PROD.

Current deficiencies in testing due to unavailability of the automatic amalgamation sync:

• If a company other than BEN is formed as a result of amalgamation filing , COLIN is not updated, because we don’t sync companies other than BEN. So, when do search in BCROS the company isn’t found.
• If a company other than BEN is involved as TING company, COLIN is not updated to make it historical, because we don’t sync companies other than BEN. So the company is found as Active through the search.

Sync should be implemented for all types of companies regardless if we are planning to open up the Amalgamation or Continuation In feature in Prod (for BEN only, for other types), or keep it feature flagged till go live
