Notification - client underpayment #21560

GIVEN that the client has underpaid the statement due for the month WHEN the system receives the underpayment THEN it will send a notification to the client that the balance due has been underpaid seven days before the due date AND it will send a notification on the last business day of the month of the invoice

For Single linked account, payment reminder email, 1) there should have a new line before "If you’ve made", 2) and space between "account and services. " and "Log in to view your monthly statements" 3) and an grey line above Business Registry

Issue 2) For Single linked account and multiple linked account, Payment Due Email is not Sent, Instead Payment Reminder is sent Notice this suppose to have StatementNotificationAction.Due sent, but seems the same email StatementNotificationAction.Reminder is received

Issue 3) Currently Signal linked account is using the email template for multiple linked account, and multiple linked is using the template for Signal linked

issue 4) For the Signle Linked account template, the text received is not correct Amount Owning is not displayed Newline before "Please settle" Additonal line before "Login in to view" Add an sentence "If you've recently made a payment, please disregard this message." Actual
