Remove option to request Consent letter from the Name Examination UI in Continuation In flow #21588

In the name request for Continuation In workflow the Consent Letter is no longer required. Refer to the https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/raid--work-space-617c3d4cef313f001d715a7c/issues/gh/bcgov-registries/raid/427

Before MVP the option should not be used for BEN companies (managed via BCROS), but will be continued to be used for other corps managed via COLIN

So the option should be removed for go-live and the Name Examiners need to be informed of this change in the workflow.

Is this just an updated business process? I believe the "consent letter required" selection is optional.
