REGRESSION TESTING:

Related to: https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/names-team-board-new-655554cbddd49510027dad2e/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/21397

Apply NR by different types and different type of user (anoymous, bc service card, bceid etc.) and complete payment. Also, testing payment upgrade/refund. Name examine, approve or reject the NR. And make sure all kinds of emails you can receive.

Additional testing over and beyond the Payment related regression tests executed for #21397

Tests are focused on Approvals/Rejections/Re-Opens etc.

Pass, No issues detected with emails and status.
