Emailed my contact at PT and he sent back this.
Hi Patty,
From my it team:
“We checked in the BC Registries and Online Services files. We found two of the three transactions:
QSBCUST.277:3:G0000000010004K4Z7Y2R 0000956248 000000100000004 202404160000000020240417KTUNAXA NATION COUNCIL SOCIETY
QSBCUST.269:3:G0000000010001703701NET-091603-22834 0000953098 000000100000001 202404040000000020240405STERLING OAK RESEARCH & INVEST
For KTUNAXA NATION COUNCIL SOCIETY, there was one record found, but it was dated 2024-04-17, not 2024-05-17.”
So this means that the 2 payments would have hit this bank account and would have been JV’d to the coding line. Please let me know if you need anything else and I’ll get more info.
@seeker25 @avni-work @hanlunBCRegistries please use this ticket to track your findings.
From PT.
They checked their report and the coding is:
112 32363 34725 1461 3200000 000000
I took a look with Patty through this GL, couldn't find identifying information to tie it to a CFS account. We'll ask Chandraveer about it more later on in details.
we have been able to locate all 3 of these transactions in the AR_BAD_Customer file from CAS. We are working on next steps.
Online banking payments did not get deposited to clients acct.
These clients do NOT have a BCROS acct and these payments have not made it to BCROS. We need to trace where these payments are in the system. I have 3 examples that you can use to trace where they are in the system.
