[VERIFY] Legal API: BEN -Unable to download "Register Correction Application" after the correction is Filed and Pending. #21734

Describe the bug in the current situation When staff files a Correction For the Annual Report and if the Filing status is in the "Paid and Pending" state, the "Register Correction Application" output certificate is not being downloaded.

Impact of this bug Users or Staff wont be able to see the correction/changes made.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/'
  2. Login as Staff.
  3. Search for "CP1002395"
  4. Under the Recent Filing History click on the "Register Correction Application" output
  5. Observe that "Unable to download the document" pops up

This is not related to Mihai's "coop AR correction" issue that was discussed in Teams.

In THIS ticket, the correction application fails to download (HTTP 500).

Verified. Its a bug when it stays in PAID status. Once COMPLETED it will work.

@OlgaPotiagalova , what this sounds like, then, is a bug exposed by our current environmental (queue) issues. Once resolved, this bug should not been seen often, and will go away when the filing is completed. But we should still fix this :)
