Transactions lost when changing account statement frequency - Based on Ops #3989

• [ ] Based on BCROS 61870 / missing statement /2024 06 06 / BCROS statements / ITOPS-114453 - BCROS Ops #3989.
• [ ] When changing the account statement frequency from Weekly to Monthly, a number of transactions got lost, not showing in any of the statements.
• [ ] When switching back to Weekly, the data loss persisted.

How to replicate the issue:

1. Go to BCROS account 61870
2. Observe a list of transactions - observe the April 29 one.
3. Now observe a list of statements
4. The April 29 transaction cannot be found in any of the statements.
