3 months ago - Registries has an internal wrapper service for LTSA
- Doug updated so that we can make title orders using this internal service, we have an api key for dev/test
- There are no fees for non-production use
- @mbertucci working with LTSA on production access
- For STRR api, there are two calls we will make
- Start with a title summary call using the provided PID to registration which returns a titleNumber
Followed by an order request with the titleNumber which returns a title detailed object that includes pieces of interest as jointTenancyIndication, interestFractions as well as a list of Title owners

when you're reviewing the data that is returned from LTSA can you see if it returns fractional ownership? I think that would be listed under the same field as joint ownership, tenants in common. Can you also see if any of them return land classification. it might be a covenant.
