Remove button enabled when the user is logged in as a Member

Describe the Bug Given that I am logged in as a MEMBER role using BCSC credentials, in Manage Team tab the Actions column values should be disabled

Precondition Login as a Member Role

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign in(as a Member Role) using BCSC credentials
2. Click on the Manage team tab

Actual Output The Remove button is enabled

Expected Output The Remove button should be disabled
