Filings UI: add support for Continuation In correction #21928

[x] in HeaderActions.vue::correctThisFiling(), add missing supported corrected filing types
[x] in TodoList.vue::doResumeFiling(), add missing supported corrected filing types
[x] update correction FF (add new corp types)

The supported corrected filing types are:

Alteration
Amalgamation Application
Change of Address
Change of Directors
Change of Name
Change of Registration
Continuation In
Correction
Incorporation Application
Registration

Test Notes

Corrections are enabled for the filings listed above. However, the allowable actions for the new corp types are not yet updated, so you can't test those yet.

Also, please verify that draft corrections of the above can be resumed.
