Privacy and Security requires that we include a collection notice to advise why we collect information and how to inquire about that information collection. This should be included at the start of a filing or another decided upon location prior to launch of the filing.

Draft wording:

We are collecting your personal information for the purpose of administering the Registrar's Transparency Registry. Questions regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information can be directed to the Manager of Registries Operations at 1 877-526-1526.

We are collecting your personal information under section 27(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
