Validate API Specifications - Alterations

Review the API specification for Alterations and create a postman collection that demonstrates how to execute an alteration filing.

Description of Changes:

Created Alterations folder in the shared Postman collection. 11 Requests with payload for 9 scenarios and 2 cleanups:

• Success - Success - File an Alteration
• Cleanup - Cancel Payment
• Cleanup - Delete Draft
• Fail - Missing Business
• Fail - Name Request doesn't have the same legal type
• Fail - Name Request doesn't have the same legal name
• Fail - Name Request is not approved
• Fail - Invalid legal type change
• Fail - Invalid share classes structure - Missing max number of of shares
• Fail - Invalid court order structure - Missing court order file number
• Fail - Missing business legal name
