Validate API Specifications - Annual Report #22118

Review the API specification for Annual Report and create a postman collection that demonstrates how to execute an Annual Report filing.

Specs are located at https://developer.api.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/business-api and you can see examples of postman collections for PPR at https://developer.api.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/apigw-ppr-demo.postman_collection.json.

Description of Changes: Created an Annual Report folder in the shared Postman collection. Including 5 requests for 4 scenarios and 1 cleanup with examples can be tried out:
