2 weeks ago @mbertucci need to discuss this further 1) maybe do this later as dev will move registration to application? 2) we need to define what "all" application means? All application whether it's submitted, payment not paid, approved, cancelled, etc.? For application that is under full review, is it based on the status or flag? Application under full review will not be in full review forever once a decision is made. So it ties into the status discussion.
