Create UI: Unable to file a CO-OP fling when logged in as a staff user #22146

Describe the bug in the current situation When the staff clicks on any payment option say No Fee, BCOL, or Routing Slip, and tries to pay for the filing then the Validation on Review and Confirm page fails with no Network call errors.

Impact of this bug Staff will not be able to file a Co-Op on behalf of the client.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/incorporation-review-confirm?id=THpEQU8kGi&accountid=1999'
  2. Login as Staff
  3. Try to complete the filing
  4. Observe that the Review and Confirm button shows the 'X' mark

I can reproduce this bug.

There is nothing on the Review and Confirm page that indicates an error. Probably the validation method is looking for something that isn't displayed on screen (like court order?).

This blocks IAs filed by staff. I don't know if this blocks IAs filed by regular users. This is potentially P1 (especially if it's already in Prod).
