• *NEW Can file Transfer due to Sale or Gift IF home dealer is the sole owner.
• Owner Name must match the QS name or DBA name (Example: Sunhills Homes Inc or Sunhills Kelowna)

Home Status: Must be Active

Thanks Cameron, it looks like home dealers have access to Transfer due to Sale or Gift for all home owner structures. They should only have access to homes that they own and should be the sole owner.

Sorry Liz, which account is this so i can verify? I've followed the same pattern as Manufacturers and tested with both QS Types.

• [x] 'Change Ownership' button was activated for MH 108372 which was owned by the home dealer
