Investigation: Confirm with Name Examiners - Continuation In filing now includes Consent Letter - no longer needed #22327

  1. Consent letter in NR approval process for Continuation In is not required any longer, it is moved to the Continuation In filing flow (review if Names Examiners still need this letter for other purposes)

@Mihai-QuickSilverDev confirm date when Name Examiners will not need consent for Continued in, and make sure all examiners are aware of this date.
