Valid emails not being triggered to different emails submitted while filing the registrations for firms. #22393

Describe the bug in current situation While filing the registration, if the user provides two different email addresses—one in the "Business Contact Information" section and another in the "Email Address" block of the proprietor—the "Statement of Registration" is being delivered to the email submitted in the Business Contact Information section, and the receipt is being sent to the email entered in the Proprietor Information section.

Impact of this bug This issue affects the communication flow and may lead to missed notifications for registrants.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/'
  2. Start a Firm Registration
  3. Enter an Email in Business Contact Info and add an other email in the proprietor info section
  4. Notice that the Email with Statement Of Registration is sent to an email entered in Business Contact Info and the Receipt is delivered to the email added in the proprietor section block
