UI - Fix Accessibility Issues #22489

Make a list of accessibility issues Group them Then PO will prioritize

[ ] links in table (Registry Dashboard) are not marked up as links, a11y issue
[ ] Heading - Application Details page Section (headings are not marked up as headings- should be H2)
[ ] Missing label on Table search field (Registry Dashboard)
[ ] Other issues by WAVE browser extension

Keyboard Navigation, Screen Readers, Color Contrast

Must Have - focus on this - blocks the ability to fill out an application. Should Have - focus on this -

Andy do we absolutely need to do this?

Yes, sooner or later, we will need to do this if we aim to meet accessibility standards. I understand we need to prioritize for the MVP, so out of all the issues Alexis has identified in the spreadsheet, I think the one that absolutely should be fixed is the input label (Row 10 and 11, also Ticket #23103). That one is not just an accessibility issue, it's a big usability issue overall. The rest of the list could arguably be pushed to post-MVP if necessary.
