The only thing I can see is that at the top of the NOA it says BC Benefit Company and should say BC Limited Company

According to Arwen's notes above, an alteration from a BEN to a BC displays the correct subtitle on the NOA, in Dev.

Note that whatever fixed this does not appear to have been deployed to Test yet. (The bug reproduces there.)
