UX design: link from review to continuation application #22663

Need UX design to implement #22608.

We don't have a link in the UI to go from a review to the continuation filing itself. It would feel like a connected system if they were linked. This would allow staff to open or view the continuation filing (in whatever state it's in).

There is no UI design yet but the idea is to provide a link to the continuation application dashboard (bootsteap business) on the review page.

Question: do we want a link to the new business, if the continuation in was approved?

I don't know if staff need a link to the continuation application, (we can check with the staff to confirm) but I do think there should be a link to the business once the application is completed (as well as information if the application is deleted)

Janis, good point. Can you check with staff and update this ticket accordingly?

(Note that it's probably no extra work to link to the application vs business, if you wanted both.)
