Legal API: NOA missing when filing a COD for a Benefit Company that is formed as a result of Continuation In.

Describe the bug in current situation When the user files a COD for a BC Benefit Company which is the result of Continued In Company then the NOA is missing, where as the Beenefit Company formed as a result of IA has NOA.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://dev.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC0883470'
2. Under the COD filing notice the NOA output
3. Now go to 'https://dev.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/C9900756'
4. Under the COD Filing observe that NOA is missing.

Complexity
