📖 User Story As a examiner, I want host to indicate whether they want to consent HOUS accessing their HOG data from FIN, when they choose "Yes, their property has PR requirement" in Step 3 Principal Residence Requirement page So that I can know if I can access host's HOG data or not

Context:

If host's property has principal residence requirement, host's consent will allow HOUS to access HOG data to verify their principal residence status.

[ ] It's optional for hosts to provide consent (meaning they can say yes or no but an answer is required)
[ ] Hosts can see whether they consent or not on the Step 4 review page
[ ] Host can see whether they consent or not on application details page
[ ] Examiner can see whether hosts consent or not on application details page

Below is the verbiage for consent. I consent to the Ministry of Finance sharing data and information about me with the Short-Term Rental Branch. I understand the information will be shared to confirm that the property being registered is my principal residence or a secondary suite or accessory dwelling unit on the same land parcel as my principal residence. If you provide consent, it may speed our review and approval of your registration.

Given the Host is on Principal Residence Requirement page When the host indicates their property has PR requirement Then the host can view and choose whether they want to consent HOUS accessing HOG data
