πŸ“– User Story As a examiner, I want host to indicate whether they want to consent HOUS accessing their HOG data from FIN, when they choose "Yes, their property has PR requirement" in Step 3 Principal Residence Requirement page So that I can know if I can access host's HOG data or not

Context:

If host's property has principal residence requirement, host's consent will allow HOUS to access HOG data to verify their principal residence status.
