@mstanton1 Policy has confirmed that they plan to prepare a presentation for staff to provide more detailed information about the new filing requirements. This presentation will be delivered closer to the launch date to ensure the details are fresh in everyone’s minds.
Additionally, they will be providing context for developing FAQs, but due to other priorities, they anticipate having a comprehensive first draft or starting point ready within the next two weeks. I’ll provide further updates as the materials are developed.
Thank you for the update. It is important @magszymanski is made aware as generally presentations are part of the OCM effort which would be lead within our organization. Finance will be the experts on the rules within policy, but when it comes to how to use a system our team is likely a better fit. Once dates are solidified we can start to work backwards from launch to slot in training for various groups, and discuss what training is most important and who should be involved.
Looking forward to seeing the progress on FAQ's in the coming weeks. Note: With Finance involvement it will be important that you work to make the information understandable. Finance often uses a great deal of policy jargon which might not make sense / be as helpful for our staff.

@mstanton1 Policy is reviewing the comments on the FAQ's by left by Chad. Will b ready to be forwarded after the signoff by the end of this week.
When BTR goes live, staff will require information from the Ministry of Finance in order to be able to accurately answer company inquiries. The intention is that a document is created with questions that are likely to be asked, and answers from the Ministry of Finance that can be provided to staff for go live (to confirm the staffing groups this goes to with Magdalena). The document will require updates as scenarios arise that are not covered.
Work with OCM, policy and staff to complete an initial draft of FAQ's for staff use.
