Enable Optional Collection for Mailing Address - Step One

User Story

Fields are optional ... mailing address itself is not

As a Team Lead responsible for ensuring flexible and accurate mailing address on the Contact Details page
I want the City, Region, and Postal Code fields to be optional So that international users can enter only the relevant information for their mailing addresses without being forced to provide unnecessary details.

Context:
In Step 1 - Contact Information, users are required to enter mailing address details for primary and secondary contacts. However, the fields themselves

UX/UI Design:

Business Rules:

• City, Region, and Postal Code fields should be optional and editable.

if it's a US address, use City, State and Zipcode, all required if it's an address outside of US or Canada, use City, Region and Postal Code / Zipcode, all optional
