Cloud Run is used to run our containerized applications (queue services, legal api etc etc)
Cloud SQL is a fully managed relational database service for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. It will be used to house our DBs.
Cloud Pub/Sub which is a fully managed, real-time messaging service provided by Google Cloud is what will be used to send queue messages to our queue services. You can read all about it online.
Cloud Scheduler is used to manage cronjobs. It allows to automate the execution of scheduled jobs. I assume we'll be using it for our jobs but not sure yet.
