API returns the action

We two API tickets related to updating statuses 22831 - API - update actions in application · bcgov/entity (zenhub.com) 22396 API - Correct Statuses throughout application · bcgov/entity (zenhub.com)

The actions 'Approve', 'Decline', and 'Issue Certificate' seem to be displaying and working properly.

@dimak1 Edited my comment as I realized the new consolidated detail page will make this a non-issue.
