@Apt766525 based upon the concerns and risks flagged by Entities can you add additional rows to cover other scenarios in testing (e.g. frozen, not in good standing, authorization to manage business pending). The goal is that you add rows into the spreadsheet and identify the scenarios. I can assist as needed with finding sample businesses that meet the scenarios you identify. We will be bringing Design into the testing, and they can assist with the testing itself.
When all work on the new entity dashboard is complete a final regression comparing the version we created to the version in TEST is necessary.
To ensure nothing was missed BA, PO and design should look up an entity in the old dashboard and new dashboard side by side to ensure all components on the page are the same, wording is the same and filing options are the same. There is no need to launch all the filings or navigate to other pages as we have only re-created the entity dashboard page.
A testing spreadsheet should be created to track the work completed. Optimally, we would find 6 examples of each of the entity types in an active state and 6 examples of each of the entities in a historical state. Since three people will be testing of the 6 examples for each state/entity type created, 3 can be tested as staff and 3 can be tested with a public logon.
