Host or Examiner doesn't have the right role for the page they are trying to access

User Story

As a team lead I want users to receive an error message if they try to access a page without the appropriate role assigned,
so that they understand why they cannot access the page and can take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Context

If a user attempts to access a page and does not have the appropriate role assigned, they should receive a clear error message. This error message will inform them of the access issue and guide them on how to resolve it, ensuring that they are aware of the role requirement and can seek assistance if necessary.
