I've seen this before. After some time it went away. (I may have rebooted in between.)
Anyway, this ticket should be redirected to the Pay Team, and they can talk to PayBC as needed.
Hi @riyazuddinsyed, Is this issue in DEV/TEST/PROD? Is it encountered only by QA running multiple filings one after another?
It's in the test so assuming it's in Prod as well. It happened quite a few times.
We need to identify the root cause for this scenario and if the occurrence based on the analysis has potential to reoccur more frequently post MVP we need to prioritize fixing it. ex: based on increase in the number of filings post go live etc.
This is entirely in PayBC and has nothing to do with Entities.
Describe the bug in the current situation When users attempt to pay, they encounter a "Session Timed Out" message on the CAPTCHA page. The only way to proceed is by closing the tab, as the "Sign In" button redirects users to the PAYBC homepage, which is a diversion from the BC Registries and Online Services platform. This redirection disrupts the payment process and prevents users from bypassing the CAPTCHA page.
