Review regression test suite with SMEs #23366

As an agile delivery team working on the BRD project, We need to know that the regression test suite is accurate and complete, So that we can successfully manage risks associated with a new release breaking existing functionality.

Prerequisite:

  1. Regression test suite created (see separate story)

AC:

  1. Identify business SMEs who have knowledge and authority to accept that the test suite is accurate and complete
  2. Review the list of test scenarios/use cases with the SME(s) to ensure completeness
  3. Review the list of functional test cases for each scenarios with the SME(s) to ensure accuracy of expected results
  4. Crossreference any unknown outcomes/expected results, if any, using the current system in production
