This is continuation of 16382.

Scenario: In Conversion to Full Restoration, change the company name using a NR (since the original and new names may be different)

Question for Mihai: What does the certificate look like for above scenario? Mihai is blocked by a bug 23332

Can be fixed after Mihai confirms.
